Does the learner struggle to see material that is presented?
Does the learner have a diagnosed visual impairment?
Does the learner have a specific learning disability that requires visual enhancement?
Is standard size print distracting or too busy for the learner?

Checking Documents for Accessibility

Picture
Get instant suggestions on your content that you plan to present to your learners. The accessibility checker will let you know how you can make your content easy to view by all learners.

  • When the checker scans your documents it gives alerts like:
  • Error. Content that makes the document difficult or impossible to read and understand for people with disabilities
  • Warning. Content that in most (but not all) cases makes the document difficult to understand for people with disabilities
  • Tip. Content that people with disabilities can understand but that could be presented in a different way to improve the user’s experience.

Learn more about why and how this can be beneficial for your learners here in this article on Rules for the Accessibility Checker
