Desmos is a web based tool  that focuses on mathematics instruction and visualization. There are 5 main parts

Geogebra is an online geometry calculator, graphing calculator, and 3-D calculator with a section of pre-made and educator made virtual manipulatives with specific math targets.

Windows Ink Workspace - Sketchpad and Snip & Sketch
Sketchpad is an interactive whiteboard for your screen that allows the user to access pen tools, shapes, a ruler, and compass to create and manipulate on screen. Snip & Sketch works very similarly but replaces the whiteboard with a screenshot that you can then work on top of.

Math and Science Simulations

Just as digital math manipulatives are beneficial in helping bringing math to life, science simulations can prove helpful to students that struggle to understand  abstract science concepts.

Gizmos for Math and Science
Gizmos is a site for online simulations that allow students to develop skills of inquiry and understanding of various topics.  While this is a paid tool, Gizmos does allow for exploration of the site and available tools for free. This is a purchased tool for Clarksville Montgomery County School System.
